PHY 181 - Introductory College Physics I with Lab (SL)


Introductory College Physics I with Lab is the first part of a two-semester, algebra-based, physics course. It provides a comprehensive introduction to physics for students interested in physical, biological, health and environmental sciences. Topics include kinematics, dynamics, energy and momentum conservation, collisions, gravitation, fluids, thermodynamics, oscillations, waves, and sound. Conceptual understanding will be integrated with problem solving and lab experience. Previous exposure to physics principles and strong math skills are highly recommended.
