BUS 280 - Strategic Planning Concepts


Semester Offered: spring only
Strategic Planning Concepts focuses on the processes involved in the development and implementation of a strategic plan. Topics include the variety of perspectives, models, and approaches used in strategic planning. Topics related to the planning process include organizational leadership, organizational culture, organizational environment, size of the organization, and expertise of planners. Students should complete 75% of their degree coursework prior to enrolling in this course.
