BIO 208 - Human Anatomy and Physiology I (S) Human Anatomy and Physiology I (S) studies the structural and functional organization of the human organism with initial emphasis on the concepts of homeostasis and levels of organization. This is followed by a brief survey of histology and then the study of four organ systems: integumentary, skeletal, muscular, and nervous. It is strongly recommended that students take an introductory Biology course before enrolling in an Anatomy and Physiology course.
