PHE 212 - Dynamics

Semester Offered: Spring Only
Dynamics will introduce students to the study of systems of heavy particles and rigid bodies at rest and in motion. Force, acceleration, work-energy, and impulse-momentum relationships, and motion of one body relative to another in a plane and in space are topics which will be considered. Vector and scalar methods are used to solve problems. Conceptual understanding will be integrated with problem-solving.
