Program Description
This certificate is designed to develop the necessary skills and knowledge for entering the hospitality workforce particularity related to leadership and management in the hospitality field. This certificate will also provide a defined course of study for those working in the field who do not have the necessary college-level course work for their positions.

Program Learning Outcomes
Upon successful completion of this program, students will be able to:
- Formulate strategies to lead and manage organizations in the hospitality industry
- Explain the economic, technical, legal, and sociocultural environments of a specific company in the hospitality industry
- Explain the basic functions, roles, and responsibilities of management in the different areas of the hospitality industry.
